Meet The "Practical Buddha"

At the age of 24, Tom Natarianni was in crisis...

He was overweight, depressed, and mad. To soothe the pain, alcohol, and cigarettes were his drugs of choice.

That's when he had a breakthrough...a friend of his invited him to the gym. And Tom quickly became obsessed.

But not with how his body was changing. But how his mind was being transformed. 

"I quickly realized that you exercise mainly for your mind, not your body," says Tom.

From there, Tom became a personal trainer. And went on to dedicate his life to helping others find joy through a more peaceful mind...

He spent four years as Wellness director for the Delray center for healing in Delray Beach, Florida. Then he became a spiritual teacher who has since mentored hundreds of people from all walks of life. From executives at Fortune 500 companies to nurses to everyone in between!

 

Today, Tom is on a Million Mind quest to change the consciousness of humanity through his teaching at Practical Buddha.
