I remember when my mind felt like an unruly tangle. I didn’t know how to meditate. Life was a constant struggle—so much grasping, trying to fix and improve everything.

Nowhere to rest.

For most of my life, I had read about awakening, enlightenment, and the spiritual path—but it remained an abstract idea, not something I could feel in my own experience.

Then everything changed. I met teachers that gently shifted the course of my life. More than anything I’d tried before, these teachings and practices brought me home to myself.

And here’s the surprising part: my outer life still had all the ordinary human challenges, but I’d changed on the inside. 

Strangely, it wasn’t that hard. I didn’t have to sit in a cave for 10 years alone meditating on a candle. I couldn’t believe that someone hadn’t shown me this earlier. 

That’s why it’s now my greatest joy to guide and support others into true and lasting freedom in mind and heart. I've distilled the essential teachings in an approach I call "Inner Rewilding".
